So do you fall into that category? I know that one of the reasons I began this blog was to show people that it’s not that difficult to cook, from scratch, good food. It’s really ok to use pre-packaged stuff now and then, but is it very healthy to eat on a regular basis? I don’t think so. Take some time to learn some of the basics. If you need help, ask a friend to show you. Take a recreational cooking class. Watch videos online about techniques. There are so many ways to learn how to cook good food. And last but not least, keep coming back here and to some of my links for great tutorials on how to cook.
